At deWilde’s Wholesale Nurseries, Inc. we understand the importance of timely and reliable shipping. That is why we have established relationships with third-party carriers that share our commitment to value and reliability. We have carriers that ship through-out the U.S. and Canada. We do our best to find reasonable delivery rates for your order. Delivery is based on scheduling, availability, and order size. Order Pickup

PLEASE NOTIFY US AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR INTENDED PICKUP AT THE NURSERY.


If you would like to pickup your order at our nursery, we request advance notice so we can schedule our loading docks. Advance notice also allows us to pull your order ahead and expedite loading. All shipments are subject to freight costs and/or drop fees, which are calculated individually according to orders. We can also palletize orders upon request.


Terms and Conditions

 All orders are based on the understanding that the purchaser agrees to the conditions and terms as stated below.

  • Orders

    Current pricing cancels all previous quotations and is meant for wholesale trade only. Orders are booked subject to crop conditions and will be acknowledged for availability. Cancellation after the order is dug or assembled will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. An additional charge of 20% may be added to orders of less than $300.

  • Terms

    Terms are 30 days NET to customers who establish credit with us. Past-due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.

  • Prices

    Quoted F.O.B. Lynden

  • Quantity Discounts

    We will look at orders of 100 or more of one item (depending on the item) and accounts that spend over $100,000 yearly for extra discounts.

  • Storage

    Material that is dug and held past the month of April will have a 5% holding charge for the first month and 3% for each additional month.

  • Warranty

    deWilde’s Wholesale Nurseries, Inc reserves the right to refund all or any part of nursery stock that is proven untrue to name. We do not guarantee plants to live after accepted in good condition. We will at no time be held liable for a sum greater than the original purchase price of any stock. This warranty is void if full payment of the invoice is not made when due.

  • Claims

    Must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment and all unsatisfactory or rejected stock held for advice or disposition. We are happy to make satisfactory adjustments when claims are definitely established.

  • Invitation

    deWilde’s Wholesale Nurseries, Inc extends a cordial welcome to anyone wishing to tour our nurseries. Please call ahead to schedule a tour.
